PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING DIRECTIONS BELOW PRIOR TO BOOKING!
- All consults require a $150.00 non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit is non transferable however, this will be added to your remaining balance if a BBL is booked. Reschedules should be done ONLY via email.
- All BBL's require a $1,500.00 non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit is non transferable however, this will be deducted from your remaining balance. Reschedules should be done ONLY via email. A BBL MUST be rescheduled 7 days prior to your appointment. If NOT your deposit will be forfeited.
- If you pay for your BBL in full and would like to cancel, we will deduct $1,500 which is our deposit requirement to hold an appointment and refund difference if you cancel seven days prior to your appointment.
- Deposits valid for 1 year only.
- This deposit can only be used for ONE appointment reschedule. After one, another deposit must be paid.
- All complimentary follow ups, if canceled will NOT be able to rescheduled.
- Payment - All payments made by major credit cards/debit cards no cash payments.
- Late Fees/ No shows - Clients 15 minutes late will be charged a 50.00 fee. After 20 minutes your appointment will be cancelled.
- Dollhouse reserves the right to not service a client if they are a no show for a booked appointment.
- Medications - Please have a list of medications, allergies & health conditions for your appointment. Please have your Doctor's information available in case MD needs to contact them.
- No additional guests allowed, no children, and no pets please.
